1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Delivery time frames vary depending on your location and the shipping service used. On average, you can expect to receive your items within 3 to 8 business days. Please note that there may be delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
2. What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please make sure it is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at Sunshine_miracle@yahoo.com. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Can I return perishable or custom items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants. Additionally, custom products and personalized items are non-returnable. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
4. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
7. What if I'm located in the European Union?
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same return conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
8. Can I return sale items or gift cards?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. All sales of these items are final.
9. How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package every step of the way. You will receive the tracking information once your order has been shipped.
